Top Gear Special

Jeremy: Tonight on Top Gear, I take the big and heavy Bentley to the track. James drives an small Fiat and Hammond reads a letter.


Thank You, Thank You!, We start tonight on our track with this: The Bentley Continental GT Supersports.

 

Here We are on our track, quiet and paceful. Til I started the engine.

This is the most powerful and fast Bentlys has ever made.

 

Is really fast and it handles well andmakes a lot of smoke too.

 



 

 

But it stills really heavy, and you loose the rear sits and in the front you get lots of carbon fiber. And it feels heavy while driving. It's like driving the Titanic! But do not worry 'cause it has enough power to run. With the old W12 twin turbo producing 612 bhp!! and the results are DRAMATIC!!

 

Even this is a really good car, I would not buy it. Because at the end of the day I still prefer the Aston Martin DBS

 

 

James: Now let's moving on whit this: The Fiat 500

 



 

 

Well this car is the modern Fiat 500 form the 50's and it's call .... ehmmm.. Fiat 500. The old 500 was a cheap car for all the people. Was simple, and it had enough space

 

 

 

And I have to say that this new small Fiat is 6 inch smaller than the MINI but this is bigger inside and that is good. But the point of having an small Fiat is having one with a small petrol engine.

You can buy the 500 with two petrol engines 1.4 or 1.2, the one I'm driving is a diesel and its rubbish.

 

 

It does handle well it's really fun but I hate the diesel engine on this little thing!

 

 

On the outside, Fiat has done a really good job, even underneath this is a Fiat Panda, wich is even better than this.

 

Richard: Now We received a letter saying : "Dear Top Gear, Which is fastest old supercars or new supercars?".
So we decided to find out.

 

We are going to find out with a simple drag race between the old Porsche Carrera GT and the new Ferrari 458 Italia.

This cars have between 500 and 600 hp so this should be interesting...

Ok the cars are lined up I'm driving the Porsche and The Stig is on the Ferrari now let's see

 

And we're off

 

And the Ferrari takes the lead

 

But I could catch it with my 612 hp

 

I'm winning...... and I won!!!, the Porsche won!!

 

 

Jeremy: Well thanks Richard for proving that a car with 612 hp is fastest than a car with 568hp, now with that bombshell it's time to end the show. Take Care and goodnight.
